About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.
- You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key accounts and industries.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscapes.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales performance data, including key metrics (revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost).
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track opportunities, and monitor sales activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Partnership Development (If applicable):
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage partner relationships.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 4+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
