Responsibilities:
- Strategy at Stanza is not just about innovative ideas and solutions but going the extra mile to design, test and deploy those ideas at scale. In this unique role you have the opportunity to work on highest impact projects across Category Experience and Growth.
- These projects will allow you the exposure to work directly with Founders, Business leaders and regional teams. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, generating insightful reports, and providing strategic recommendations.
- This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Job Summary :
- We are seeking an exceptional individual who loves solving complex problems to drive analysis and insights to help our teams make meaningful business decisions.
- The selected candidate will be actively working on business process and cost optimization.
- They will be partnering with key stakeholders, analyzing data, discovering, and solving real world problems, and building metrics and business cases to help unlock insights which take our business to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Work with different stakeholders and management team to consult, develop and implement key strategic projects - will be responsible for end-to-end planning and delivery of growth and operations projects.
- Single-handedly lead projects in consultation with senior stakeholders and drive on-ground impact.
- Develop roadmap for the product team and scope medium/long-term interventions to enable development of world class tools for our sales & ops team.
- Understand and assess customer journey; identify pain-points and implement interventions.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
- Own development and maintenance of new and existing reports focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and dashboards.
- Use statistical methods to identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes.
Basic Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to partner and work with cross functional teams.
- Ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required.
- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.
- Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
