Business Analyst

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Individual Life Insurance and Annuity, as well as Group Life Insurance products for leading insurance providers.

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Life Insurance and Annuity implementations

- Project leadership experience

- Data Analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)

- Requirements Management (JIRA, Confluence)

- Process Mapping (BPMN, Visio)

- Insurance Certifications (preferred)

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or IT; MBA or relevant master's degree (optional)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
