Hiring IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT team and oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure. This role will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT management, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, SAP , including hardware, software, and networks.

Job Description:

IT Network and Server Management

• Design, implement, and maintain a secure and scalable IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Optimize server performance and manage configurations, upgrades, and maintenance schedules.
• Implement and enforce robust backup and disaster recovery solutions.

IT Daily Operations

• Lead and manage the IT team to ensure seamless day-to-day IT operations.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and incidents while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.

IT Cybersecurity Operations

• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, protocols, and best practices across the organization.
• Implement tools and processes to monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct periodic security assessments, audits, and penetration testing.
• Train employees on cybersecurity awareness to reduce risks related to phishing, ransomware, and data breaches.

ERP Project Implementation and Management

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of important modules of an ERP system like Finance, Procurement, Material & Inventory Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful deployment. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for ERP systems to optimize business processes.

Leadership and Strategic Planning :

• Collaborate with the CTO to develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to address technology needs and challenges.
