Hiring MIS Manager - Finance & Accounts

The MIS Finance and Accounts Manager is responsible for managing financial data, developing management information systems (MIS) for finance, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

This role combines expertise in financial management, accounting, and information systems to provide insights that support decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Oversee and manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Design, implement, and maintain financial and accounting management information systems (MIS).
• Automate financial reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate financial data across platforms.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to finance and accounting data.
• Generate accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal control policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit readiness.
• Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and planning.
• Provide insights into financial trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
• Proven experience in MIS development and financial systems management.
