Hiring Production Manager For Manufacturing Unit @ Electronic city

We are seeking an experienced Ceramic, Marble , glass CNC Cutting Production Manager to oversee the production of ceramic/glass / marble cutting using CNC machines. The ideal candidate Should have a strong background in CNC machining, Ceramic/glass / marble production, and team management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Yield Improvement & wastage reduction
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of ceramic/glass / marble CNC cutting machines.
• Ensure optimal machine performance, efficiency, and productivity.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
• Lead and manage a team of production staff, including CNC operators and quality control inspectors.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in CNC machining, ceramic/glass / marble production, or a related field.
• Certifications: CNC machining certifications or equivalent experience.
• Skills:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, ceramic/glass / marble production, and quality control processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
