Role Title: Manager Legal & CS (Company Secretarial)-

MUST HAVE: Litigation and Trademark experience

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to Head of Legal

MUST HAVE: Litigation and Trademark Experience is Must

Education: CS & LLB

Must have As per compliance:

- He/she should has CS degrees, Conduct Board Meetings, MOM Experience is must.

- Litigation - Must have - consumer complain, leave, TM Infringement

- Agreement drafting

- Should ready to do independently

- Candidate from internet experience companies or experience with LLP associates.-

Job Role:

Designation: Manager legal & CS

Experience: Minimum 5 yrs +

Notice Period: immediate or 30 days

Below are set of questions needs to screen before the screening stages.-

1. Exposure on handling TM - How many applications filed - How many applications opposed - What are the Trade Mark watch keeping service you have done

2. Agreement : Internet Company services - Agreements like cloud service, marketing activities, TVC production, Lease and Leave and License Agreement. Agreements are closed independently?-

3. Secretarial - Preparation of Board meeting notice and agenda, drafting minutes, director's report and annual compliances and form filing. These activities are done under the guidance of the senior or independently

4. Litigation - what kind of civil litigation is handled? Does it included TM Infringement, consumer complaints, breach of Contract Act (Must have)
