Customer Feedback Executive | Real Estate

We are looking for someone who can interact with customers visiting our real estate project sites, understand their needs, and share the right property details. You will connect with decision-makers, understand their concerns, and ensure their questions are addressed. Listening to customers is keysuggesting solutions, resolving doubts, and taking feedback will be a big part of your role. Youll also need to recommend suitable properties based on customer preferences. Responding to customer requests (RFPs and RFIs) and staying engaged with them to build strong relationships is essential.
