CRM/Home Loan Executive | Real Estate

Candidate must have 2-4 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting welcome calls as per company guidelines.
• Ensuring timely follow-ups for payments and property registrations.
• Coordinating with banks and financial institutions for home loan approvals.
• Sending demand emails, welcome emails, and addressing customer queries promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
• Must handle customer complaints with a customer-centric approach and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, documentation management, and familiarity with home loan policies is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
