Job Description

Charms Global, a leading real estate developer, seeks a highly motivated After-Sales CRM Executive to join our team at Ambernath (E), Thane.

In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient post-purchase experience for our valued customers.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Act as a key point of contact for real estate post-sales process, customer inquiries and concerns, delivering prompt and professional support to existing as well as new customers.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer records: Utilize proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for data entry tasks, including recording new bookings, managing a master sheet, and updating transaction records upon customer payments.
  • Navigate the sales cycle: Collaborate effectively with Sales Managers and legal team to facilitate the registration process, ensuring accuracy of agreements and required documents, and handle tasks such as issuing NOCs for mortgages and possession letters.
  • Support financial transactions: Timely dispatch of demand letters, notifying customers regarding outstanding dues, issuing receipts for payments received, and reconciling customer accounts with the Accounts department.
  • Foster seamless communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Projects, Sales, Finance) and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, channel partners) to maintain clear and efficient communication channels.
  • Exceed customer expectations: Be a dedicated advocate for customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate handover and post-possession support: Coordinate with site personnel for the smooth handover of flats and manage payments to channel partners.
  • Maintain meticulous organization: Implement a robust document filing system for customer-related documents and efficiently track courier deliveries.


Critical Skillset: Payment Delinquency Management and Recovery

  • Demonstrated experience in proactively identifying and addressing payment delinquencies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with customers in arrears, ensuring a professional and respectful approach while securing timely payments.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies tailored to individual situations.
  • Experience collaborating with internal legal and finance teams to escalate overdue accounts when necessary.
  • Proven track record of achieving timely and successful collections, minimizing financial risks for the company

Qualifications:

  • Graduation (preferably) in Commerce with a working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word for data entry.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in after-sales support within a reputable real estate developer company in Mumbai / Thane and the surrounding area.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills for professional and clear interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy, detail, and organization.
  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to function effectively as part of a team.
