US IT Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent for various client needs in the United States. Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Use job boards like CareerBuilder, Monster, and DICE to source qualified candidates for various roles.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
• Client Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders or clients to understand recruitment requirements and ensure timely delivery of candidates.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Social Media Recruiting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify and reach out to passive candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in recruiting for US-based roles using job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, and DICE.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command over the English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with US-based clients and candidates.
• LinkedIn Recruiter: Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach is highly desirable.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Work Ethic: Must be proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.

Additional Requirements:

• On-Site Work: Must be willing to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
• Work Schedule: The role requires working late shifts (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) to align with US working hours.
