Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer at Stack Wealth.
The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and offer analytical solutions to customers.
The role also involves providing exceptional customer support and service to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1.
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, DevOps) to resolve customer issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Provide training and guidance to L1 support engineers.
- Collaborate on project-based initiatives to improve support processes.
Role Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Strong experience in Node.js, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and AWS Cloud (ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS).
- In-depth product understanding will be required to resolve complex issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Nice to Have :
- Understanding of Docker.
- CI/CD pipelines.
