Techno Commercial Knowledge on Industrial Automation Products like PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA, VFDs, Servo Systems, Turnkey Projects, Electrical, Automation & Instrumentation Engineering Services, Industrial PCs, Vision Inspection Systems, Industrial Data Acquisition and Industry 4.0 Software Solutions, IoT and Industrial Networking Products.
Must have Experience in SIEMENS Industrial Automation Products Sales activities
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with OEMs to create and train prospect lead qualification process. Manage day-to- day performance of all sales and deliver reviews. Working with Partners to achieve targets & generate new business opportunities
Work with leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives. Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with team, OEMs/Suppliers and leadership.
Track metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis and Implement performance plans according to company targets and Ensure adherence to sales process. Sending proposals and closing deals on time
Visiting customer sites and studying requirements and providing inputs to technical team to get correct solutions.
