Key Responsibility Area:
Achieve targeted sales for the region as assigned.
Initiate lead/demand generation strategies and visit customers.
Identify strong potential prospects using various data mining options and creativity, to generate leads and opportunities.
Assess and analyse a prospect s current process and requirements; and accordingly find the brand fit.
Provide engaging and articulate information about Patvin s value proposition to potential customers.
Maintain well organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in the CRM system.
Collaboratively work with the marketing team and EI leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow through with the lead prospect.
Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations, via webinars or face-to-face meetings. Represent Patvin at corporate events or sales meetings independently or with colleagues.
Meet personal targets and work towards Patvin s sales goals and profitability.
Provide consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars, and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship.
Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, culture, and business ethics. Develop a strong knowledge of Patvin s products and services to facilitate the sales process.
Skill Sets and Requirements :
Handled sales of Industrial Products/Capital Goods/Equipment s Electric machine tools, Pneumatic equipment or parts, SPMs to Automotive industry or Allied industrial manufacturing companies
Has advanced all round interpersonal skills.
Experience of calling on customers for lead generation and meetings
Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs and social networking tools.
Hands-on experience in ERP / CRM would be preferred.
Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize, as necessary.
Must be highly proficient in all aspects of English language, especially speaking, listening, and writing skills.
Willingness to travel and work with global professionals.
Must be enthusiastic about the automation industry and automation products.
Integrity of data reporting.
Willingness to travel.

Selling systems or products to Automobile Manufacturing Companies.
Selling systems or products to Auto Components Manufacturers.
