Job Overview:

As an Assistant Sales Manager B2B in the HVAC sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong business relationships within the commercial and industrial segments. Your focus will be on expanding our market presence, managing key accounts, and supporting the sales team to achieve ambitious targets. This position requires a deep understanding of HVAC products and solutions, as well as a strategic approach to B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for HVAC products.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and large-scale projects.
    • Support the creation and execution of sales plans and campaigns tailored to the HVAC market.
  2. Account Management:
    • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional HVAC products and services.
    • Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  3. Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to enhance sales effectiveness.
  4. Sales Support and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and customer approaches.
    • Support the development of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Assist in coordinating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  5. Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of HVAC products, industry standards, and technological advancements.
    • Provide training and support to sales representatives and other team members on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
  6. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and its products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in , Engineering (Mechanical) or MBA
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products, systems, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
