Designation: Business Development Executive- School Outreach

As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be on expanding our client base within schools. Youll conduct market research to identify potential leads, engage in proactive outreach, and establish strong relationships with school administrators and decision-makers. Your goal is to promote and sell our comprehensive training programs and workshops, aligning them with the specific needs and goals of each school.

Job Mission Statement: Drive sales and foster strategic partnerships with schools by effectively showcasing and selling our Training & Workshop services to meet their educational objectives.

Job Goals:

  • Identify and engage with schools to understand their educational needs.
  • Present and promote our Training & Workshop services to schools effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets by closing deals and fostering long-term partnerships with schools.

    Requirements
    Education : BMS/ MBA

    Professional Experience: 3-5 years


    Key Skills, Metrics and Measurements:

    • Number of new school partnerships and sales generated.
    • Effectiveness of presentations and alignment of services with school needs.
    • Revenue growth attributed to school-based Training & Workshop sales.
      • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on relationship building.
      • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
      • Understanding of the education sector and ability to align services with school needs.

        Success in this Role:

        Demonstration of a consistent sales record, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with schools, resulting in revenue growth from Training & Workshop services.
