Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy:
  

  Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for digital marketing roles, including paid media specialists, SEO experts, content marketers, and other related positions.
  
• Sourcing & Outreach:
  

  Use various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Candidate Screening:
  

  Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidatesexperience, technical skills, and cultural fit for the company. Ensure that only high-quality candidates progress through the hiring process.
  
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  

  Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and refine the ideal candidate profile. Provide ongoing feedback and insights to improve hiring practices.
  

  Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication, setting expectations, and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  

• Data & Reporting:
  

  Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and report on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes. Use data to improve recruiting processes continuously.
  

  
  

• Onboarding Support:
  

  Assist in the onboarding process to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company and ensure a positive start to their journey with us.
  

  
  Qualifications:
  

  • Experience:
    

    • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition
      
    • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for roles in digital marketing
      

    • Skills:
      

      • Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and required skill sets.
        
      • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
        
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
