Job Summary:
SRV Media is searching for a visionary and dedicated Vice President of Human Resources to lead the HR team and reinforce our people-centric culture in a high-performance environment.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Remuneration:
- Base Salary: Competitive, depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.
- Performance Bonus: Annual performance bonus tied to individual and company-wide performance, up to 15-20% of the base salary.

Key Responsibilities:
Culture and Values Champion:
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment through effective people management, stress management and well-being programs.
- Foster continuous learning, innovation, and growth initiatives.
- Encourage open communication, feedback, and teamwork.
- Take care of conflict resolutions and grievances of the employees.
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with department heads for staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and tailored recruitment strategies.
- Maintaining healthy relationships with recruitment agencies and ensure they are getting timely feedbacks.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse, skilled candidates.
- Ensure transparent, bias-free recruitment processes to uphold diversity and inclusion.
Talent Management and Development:
- Create employee development programs, including mentorship, coaching, and cross-functional training.
- Foster continuous improvement through regular reviews and career development.
- Identify high-potential employees with leadership to create tailored succession plans.
Organizational Partnership and Management:
- Work as a partner in the organization with other senior management members.
- Help manage employee strength, productivity, and speedy recruitment to allow senior management to focus on the business.
- Take full responsibility for all aspects of employee management and staffing needs, ensuring smooth operations and support for business growth.
Driving Innovation and Growth:
- Implement forward-thinking HR practices that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and agility, preparing the organization to adapt to market changes quickly.
- Support and drive initiatives that enhance the company's competitive edge in the marketing industry.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e., MBA HR, PHR, SPHR) are advantageous.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4-5 years in a similar marketing agency.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR teams and strategies in dynamic environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
