Job Description:

8 + years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on hardware-software integration.

• Deep knowledge of embedded systems and real-time hardware-software integration.
• Proven experience in hardware-software-firmware testing for complex electromechanical products (e.g., 3D printers, post-processing devices).
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, including microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).
• Experience in creating and executing test strategies for hardware and firmware systems.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks for embedded systems (e.g., Robot Framework, VectorCAST, LabVIEW).
• Experience in programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++) and test automation for hardware-software environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in working with global teams.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and a strong focus on continuous integration and delivery. ● Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
• Comfortable working onsite with teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Onsite availability with a flexible work schedule (5 am - 2 pm, with a 1-hour break).
• OnSite only (Hyderabad)
