Embedded Software Manager (7-12 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Manager with a strong background in embedded software design and development for BLDC motors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading embedded software projects, collaborating with hardware teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge solutions in the field of electrical and electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage embedded software design and development for BLDC motor applications.

- Develop, implement, and optimize software using Embedded C for BLDC motor control systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and firmware developers, to design, develop, and debug embedded systems.

- Hands-on involvement in firmware development, debugging, and hardware integration.

- Work with various microcontrollers, communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, CAN), and peripherals.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in embedded system development.

- Drive continuous improvement in software performance and reliability.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in, Embedded Systems, or related fields

- 3 to 12 years of experience in embedded software development for BLDC motor applications.

- Strong proficiency in Embedded C programming.

- In-depth knowledge of microcontrollers, communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN), and peripheral interfaces.

- Hands-on experience in electronic hardware, firmware development, and debugging.

- Experience in designing and developing software for BLDC motors.

- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) for embedded applications.

- Familiarity with safety-critical systems and standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508).

- Knowledge of motor control algorithms and power electronics.
