Title: Presales Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift- Mid dayshift (11.00 AM- 8.00 PM)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation and Management:

• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, industry events, and databases.
• Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, aligning their needs with company offerings.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Track and report key metrics, such as lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and pipeline status.
• Use data insights to optimize lead generation and presales strategies.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 6 months - 2 years of experience in lead generation and/or presales, preferably in IT staffing or consulting.
• Exposure to the recruitment and staffing lifecycle is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and lead generation platforms.
• Basic understanding of IT domains and technologies.

Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Persuasive and engaging approach to client interactions.
