US Accounts Executive - Hyderabad - SRS - Nightshift

Job Title: US Accounts Executive

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience: 2-4 years.

Shift: Night shift (PST Time Zone)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections for US clients using QuickBooks.
• Process customer invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoice generation, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers.
• Time sheet collection, Raising invoices in QuickBooks (US Accounts)
• Bookkeeping, BRS, Balance sheet in QB, P& L Sheet
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of accounting queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have Decent Communication skills.
• Very Good Knowledge in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT Tables & other formulas)
• 2-4 years of experience in US Accounting (AR/AP) or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Quick Books, Ceipal, Invoice Generation software; knowledge of other ERP systems an added advantage.
