Designation: Data Transformation Specialist

Mandate Skills : Data Migration, Yardi

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Preparation: Own the entire data preparation process, ensuring data is ready for migration.

2. Data Cleansing: Perform data cleansing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of the data being migrated.

3. Gap Analysis: Work closely with business teams to identify and fill data gaps.

4. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with our data cleansing vendor, Avetta, for data validation processes.

5. Data Migration: Oversee the migration of data from Yardi to the Supplier Central database, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.

6. Collaboration and reporting: Collaborate with other teams and report the progress promptly and proactively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 5 8 years in data migration projects, preferably with Oracle Cloud Fusion and Supplier Central database.
• Highly skilled in MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of data cleansing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with business teams and vendors.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the data preparation process.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and integrity.
