Job description

Position Overview
The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships and driving revenue growth. This role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the Medical Colleges ,Hospitals, Nursing College excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to business development.
Note: From both private and government sales background in the healthcare sector
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on Medical Colleges ,Hospitals, & Nursing College .
2. Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing
relationships.
3.Arrange appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
4.Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the wound care technology market.
5.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to doctors, practice staff and nurses, highlighting the benefits and effectiveness of our wound care devices.
6.Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support
administrative staff.
7.Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company goals.
8.Attend industry events, medical conferences, and networking sessions to build and
maintain a strong professional network.
9. Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and ensure timely follow-up on leads to ensure reaching the annual sales target.
10. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
11. Plan work schedules with the regional sales manager. Provide regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management.
12.Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret,
present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations
Qualifications
Science Graduate/ B. Pharma/ MBA Biotechnology/ MBA Pharma/ Biotech/ Bio-medical or equivalent Proven experience (2+years) in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Own a vehicle with a valid driving license is essential.
