Senior MEP Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior MEP Engineer to lead our MEP design and installation processes across various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience and a proven track record in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. This senior role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills.

MEP Design Leadership:
Lead the design, planning, and review of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, ensuring that they meet project requirements and standards.

Project Management & Coordination:
Manage and oversee the coordination of MEP systems with architects, civil and structural engineers, and contractors. Ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and executed on time.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project execution.

Site Inspections & Quality Control:
Conduct site inspections to review MEP installations, ensuring compliance with approved designs, standards, and safety regulations. Provide quality control throughout all project phases.

Budget Management & Cost Control:
Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for MEP components. Ensure that the project remains within financial constraints while meeting technical standards.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support:
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex MEP-related issues. Provide advanced technical support during all phases of the project, from planning to execution.

Vendor & Contractor Management:
Collaborate with vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts, sourcing materials, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure that all MEP systems comply with relevant local codes, standards, and regulations. Maintain thorough documentation of designs, approvals, and modifications.

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline (Master s preferred).
• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in MEP engineering with leadership roles in large-scale construction projects.
• Skills: Expertise in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), project management tools, and strong communication and leadership skills.
