MEP Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled MEP Draftsman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and detailing for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review MEP shop drawings and detailed plans. Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings based on project requirements. Coordinate with engineers and other teams to resolve design issues. Manage revisions and updates to drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical skills: -

1. Knowledge on MEP system - Clear understanding on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems including HVAC, Fire detection system.

2. Drafting and design - Ability to create accurate and details drawings incorporation with plan, section, elevation and 3D model.

3. BIM (Building information modelling) - Knowledge of BIM concepts and software including data management.

Soft skills: -

1. Attention on accuracy - Meticulous attention with a view to produce accurate and error free drawings.

2. Continuous learning and professional development - Ability to stay up-to-date industry development, software and best practices.
