Urgently Looking For MEP Billing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Verify subcontractor and vendor bills against agreed rates and project progress.

2. Maintain accurate records of all bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

• Quantity Surveying:

1. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.

2. Verify quantities as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for billing purposes.

3. Ensure all work is measured and documented accurately.

• Cost Management:

1. Monitor and control project costs by verifying expenses against budgets.

• Project Coordination:

1. Liaise with the project team, site engineers, and procurement departments to ensure billing aligns with project schedules.

2. Coordinate with clients and consultants for bill verification and approvals.

• Compliance and Documentation:

1. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards.

2. Maintain and update records of drawings, contracts, and project documents.

• Site Visits:

1. Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and ensure alignment with the billed quantities.

• Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in billing software (ERP, SAP, etc.).

2. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD.

3. Familiarity with BOQ preparation and cost analysis.
