Estimation Engineer - MEP

Looking for dynamic individual having good experience in Turnkey project estimation.

Designation: Estimation Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Study of Project Scope, tender documents, drawings, quantity take off, get competitive quotes, estimating MEP Services considering all direct, indirect & overhead costs.
• Submitting Commercial Offer
• Diligently screening, assessing and analyzing documents to understand the scope, pre-qualification, contractual requirements, preparing pre-bid queries and clarify the same during the pre-bid meetings and site visits
• Scheduling & attending kick-off meetings as per the requirements with clients, vendors, stakeholders, etc
• Collaborate with the Procurement Department to gather market rates from suppliers, subcontractors, and equipment based on past completed projects
• Maintain the turnkey project rate bank and updating the same timely
• Ensuring that proposals meet all specifications and makes are complied
• Implement quality control measures to ensure proposals are error-free, compliant with client requirements, and aligned with company standards
• Maintain a comprehensive library of proposal content, templates, and supporting documents for future use
• Coordination with project team during project execution for the new tender scope, preparing the commercials and taking client approvals

Job Requirement:

• Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with 4-8 years of experience in handling MEP costing of Turnkey projects
• Understanding of turnkey projects
• Well versed with Excel
• Good communications skill and coordination skills
• Candidate preferred from Thane or nearby location
