Presales Executive

Job Description:

• Attend calls from the prospects and existing high-end customers on various queries
• Converting enquires into site visit/ Office visit
• Very good communication skills
• Provide the finest customer experience during all the conversation and aim at the customer delight
• Follow the script guidelines and quality measures
• Coordinate with the Relationship Management & Sales team for various requirements on the product & process
• Keep a track of follow ups and make out bound calls to the prospects
• Prepare a daily call summary report and submit the same to HOD
• Proactive approach in order to resolve customer queries and propose or provide the best resolution
• Aim at the higher site visits thorough inbound queries - Create a better customer relationship.
