Senior Mechanical Design Engineer(MEP)

1.Works with architects, structural engineers, and other design professionals to ensure integration of MEP systems with the overall building design.

2.Design heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to maintain comfortable indoor air quality and temperature.

3.Perform load calculations (e.g., HVAC load, electrical load, plumbing load) to determine the capacity required for each system.

4.Design water supply, drainage, and sewage systems to ensure proper sanitation and water management.

5.Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Certification in MEP design or related disciplines is an added advantage.

3. Certification in MEP design or related disciplines is an added advantage.

4. Typically, 2-8 years in MEP system design in the construction, building services, or engineering.

5. Ability to explain technical details to clients, project managers, and other non-technical
stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication for reporting and documentation.
