Job Description :
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer with a strong background in designing web applications. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in creating seamless, user-friendly interfaces for web-based platforms.
A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, is essential. Experience in the travel industry will be a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Lead UX design for web applications, ensuring an intuitive and delightful user experience.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and updates to existing web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet business goals and technical feasibility.
- Create and maintain design systems and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Analyze and interpret user feedback and analytics to iteratively improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply best practices to projects.
- Assist in creating user flows, journey maps, and personas based on research findings.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on web applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work for web applications, demonstrating expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and working in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of information architecture and interaction design.
- Experience with design systems and UI consistency across multiple platforms.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge or experience working in the travel industry, understanding customer needs and behaviors in this sector.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS to better communicate with development teams.
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and other methods to measure user experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, user-centered mindset.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus :
