Credgenics - UX Lead - Wireframe/Prototype Design (4-6 yrs)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

- Define the strategy and approach to ensure delivery of projects and services in a human centered way.

- Collect and analyze user behavior through Analytics data, user interviews, server logs and online experiments (e.g, A/B testing).

- Understand and incorporate technical and business requirements into research.

- Dive deep into user behaviors and pain points through comprehensive research.

- Turn insights into user personas, and journey maps, and design solutions.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Sketch out your ideas, build prototypes, and create high-fidelity mockups using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or whatever you fancy.

- Transform your visions into reality with precision and flair.

- Usability Testing : Don your lab coat and rigorously test your designs.

- Gather feedback, iterate, and perfect every detail.

- Assessment and Strategy : Review current digital properties for usability, design, and branding, and identify strategic opportunities to enhance competitive advantage.

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU :

Essential Skills :

- Proven experience in leading and managing a design team, preferably in the ecommerce industry

- Ability to work with the business to define and prioritize project opportunities.

- Expert in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to drive design decisions.

- Ability to facilitate workshops and creating supporting materials to facilitate capturing of user requirements

- Ability to create outputs and solutions that balance user needs with the technical feasibility and business needs

- Proficiency in Design Tools : Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

- A strong ability to lead a design team through influence and inspiration

- Communication : Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating design concepts and collaborating with both technical and non-technical team members.

- Organizational Skills : Time-management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple projects.

- Professional Skills : Proactively deliver tasks, report status, adhere to processes, manage tasks independently, devise design solutions, estimate efforts, and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related field.

(Preferable from reputed institutions - NID )

- Experience : 4+ years in UI/UX design with a published work

- Tools : Hands on - Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.

- Sharp problem-solving skills and creative thinking.

- Up-to-date knowledge of UI/UX trends and best practices.

- Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a bonus
