Role Overview

We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our team and enhance our digital products with intuitive, user-centric designs.

This role involves conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer pain points and behaviors.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

- Apply design thinking methodologies to enhance user engagement and streamline workflows.

- Maintain design consistency and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices.

Qualifications :

- 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS or travel technology.

- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other design tools.

- Experience in user research, usability testing, and interaction design.

- Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
