Reubro International - UI/UX Designer - Wireframe/Prototype Design (4-5 yrs)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly mobile and web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile app design (Flutter, Native Android/iOS), user research, wireframing, and prototyping. They will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to enhance user experience and ensure seamless navigation across applications.

Key Responsibilities :

User Experience & Interface Design :

- Design engaging user interfaces for mobile applications, ensuring consistency and accessibility.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize app workflows.

- Optimize customer journeys to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

User Research & Testing :

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.

- Analyze feedback and iterate on designs to enhance the overall experience.

- Develop personas and user flows to guide the design process.

Collaboration & Development Support :

- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

- Provide style guides, design systems, and component libraries for efficient development.

- Collaborate with product teams to align design with business objectives.

Branding & Visual Design :

- Ensure brand consistency by following design guidelines and UI principles.

- Utilize typography, color schemes, and visual hierarchy to enhance aesthetics.

Documentation & Handoff :

- Document design specifications for seamless developer handoff.

- Maintain and update design systems and UI component libraries.

Skillset and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in mobile applications.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

- Strong understanding of mobile design guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).

- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing methodologies.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.

User Research & Experience Design :

- Experience conducting user research, persona creation, and usability testing.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret user behavior and design improvements.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Ability to work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement designs.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience designing for financial, enterprise, or SaaS applications.

- Knowledge of design systems and atomic design principles.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments for iterative design workflows.
