Reubro International - Flutter PWA Developer (1-2 yrs)

During a typical day, you'll be working alongside our development team to determine customer needs, brainstorm solutions, generate website mockups and prototypes, present these prototypes to customers, and both develop and optimize live platforms.

We are looking for an experienced PWA Developer with Flutter expertise to improve and enhance an existing Progressive Web Application (PWA) built with Flutter. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Flutter development for web, a deep understanding of SEO optimization, and experience working with AWS-hosted applications. The developer will be responsible for auditing the current system, resolving issues, and implementing new features to improve mobile performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and audit the existing Flutter-based PWA to identify performance, SEO, and usability improvements

- Enhance the application to ensure seamless functionality on both mobile and desktop

- Debug and fix issues related to the Flutter web app, database connections and hosting on AWS.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth migration and integration with existing data from the old system.

- Optimize the application for better mobile responsiveness and SEO visibility.

- Work with third-party APIs if necessary and ensure all application components function correctly.

- Maintain proper documentation of the site, including file locations, hosting details, and architecture

Requirements :

- 1+ years of experience in Flutter development, specifically for web and PWA applications.

- Strong understanding of AWS services for hosting and managing web applications.

- Experience with SEO best practices and improving site discoverability.

- Knowledge of database management and integrations (MySQL, Firebase etc)

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web applications for performance and scalability.

- Understanding of web and mobile UX/UI principles.

- Experience working with progressive web applications (PWA) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with admin panel development and user access management.

- Familiarity with Google Play Store deployment (though mobile app deployment isn't a priority).

- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and document technical workflows.
