UI/UX Designer - Wireframe/Prototype Design (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

- Develop user personas and customer journey maps to guide design processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.

- Ensure design consistency across products and platforms by establishing and maintaining design guidelines and style guides.

- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve the design process.

- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.

- Analyze user feedback and behavior to iterate on designs and enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and usability.

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
