Roles and Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of raw materials and finished goods.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Optimize inventory storage and reordering processes.
• Manufacturing Process Oversight:
• Coordinate with the manufacturing team to streamline workflows.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
• Invoicing Support:
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time when required.
• Maintain records of transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Service:
• Manage service requests and track progress of repairs.
• Ensure availability of parts needed for service jobs.
