Inventory Executive

Role & responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and track product movement to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.

Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy of inventory data.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.

Place orders for inventory based on demand forecasts and sales data.

Update and maintain inventory records in the companys inventory management system.

Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, excess stock, or shortages.

Oversee the proper storage of inventory to avoid damage or loss, ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes and implement more efficient practices.

Address any stock shortages or excess inventory, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
