Job Title: Inventory Executive

Location Pune (Baner) Work From Office

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
• Maintain FIFO, EOQ, and use other inventory methods & Ratios.
• Conduct meetings to review and follow up on pending purchase orders.
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Records purchases, maintains database, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
• Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
• Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
• Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
• Ensure MIRO boards are updated and maintained on time for inventory processes.
• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
• The Candidate will be required to work in the shift timings supporting Saudi Arabia time zone (1130 2030).
• Working week (days) will be Sunday to Thursday, the applicant will have to be willing to work on Sundays.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Excellent English communication skills both written & verbal.
• Proficiency in SAP software and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail oriented and Proactive.
