Job Description


**Job Title:** Sales Executive - Wholesale Generic Medicine & Healthcare Equipment


**Location:** Tiruchirapalli


**Reports To:** Sales Manager / Sales Director


**Job Type:** Full-Time



**Job Summary:**

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the wholesale generic medicine and healthcare equipment sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Sales & Business Development:**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients within the wholesale generic medicine and healthcare equipment markets.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.


2. **Market Research & Analysis:**

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.

- Provide feedback to the management team on market needs and customer preferences.


3. **Client Management:**

- Manage and support existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

- Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing and delivery schedules, to close sales and secure contracts.


4. **Sales Reporting & Administration:**

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.


5. **Compliance & Quality Assurance:**

- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

- Promote and uphold the companys standards for quality and customer service.
