Sales And Marketing Executive

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visit companies, dealers, and sites to drive sales, build relationships, and promote products/services.

1. Sales Generation: Identify and generate leads, targeting contractors, builders, and wholesalers for water tanks, PVC/CPVC pipes, and sanitary fittings.
2. Product Promotion: Present and promote products, emphasizing features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
3. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, report on progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
5. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
6. After-Sales Support: Provide technical assistance and resolve any product-related issues, ensuring high customer retention.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns and promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the building material sector.
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
