Sales & Marketing Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Client Management:
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base in the framing market.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, and online research.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, including architects, designers, contractors, and retail customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring contracts and agreements align with company policies.
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote framing products, services, and brand identity.
• Manage online marketing efforts, including social media accounts, email marketing, and digital advertisements.
• Contribute to content creation for promotional materials, including brochures, websites, and advertisements.
• Organize and participate in industry events such as trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products and engage with customers.
• Market Research:
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry innovations, product developments, and changes in customer demands.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on sales performance, lead generation, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, product improvements, and market opportunities.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely product delivery to clients.
• Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive sales and marketing strategy.
• Support senior team members in various marketing tasks and initiatives.

Educations:

A background in Sales and Marketing or related field

• Knowledge of the framing industry, including framing products, materials, and trends is a plus.

• Ability to travel to meet clients or attend industry events as needed.

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the framing, construction, or home décor industries.
• Experience in B2B and B2C sales is desirable.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and CRM software
