Site Engineer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil will be considered.

1. Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring work is on schedule and follows design specifications.
2. Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure construction meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols to protect workers and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Resource Management: Oversee material procurement, manage inventory, and control project costs to stay within budget.
5. Team Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
6. Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports to the Project Manager and clients.
7. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues on-site, ensuring minimal delays.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of progress, materials, and any changes to the project scope.
9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the project meets all legal and environmental regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 4-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction site management).
2. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil.
3. Strong understanding of residential project(APARTMENTS) development processes and procedures.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD software for design purposes.
