Role & responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing feedback and support.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and objectives.
• Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the sales team.

From the background of Automobile Industry from any dealership

Years of Experience : 5 to 15 years of expereience

Salary : 4.5lpa to 6 lpa
