Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Toyota Car Sales Officer to join our team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Toyota vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Greet and assist customers, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Listen to and understand customer needs, answering their questions and providing product information.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Stay updated with the latest information regarding Toyota models, features, and benefits.
  • Explain vehicle specifications, warranties, and ownership benefits to potential buyers.
  • Keep informed about competitors' products and market trends to better position Toyota's offerings.
  • Sales Process:
  • Conduct in-depth vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and performance aspects.
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
  • Negotiate sales prices and terms, including accessories and financing options, to close sales effectively.
  • Prepare and process all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, vehicle registrations, and insurance documents.
  • Customer Service:
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the delivery of vehicles, ensuring customers understand the vehicle's features and operation.
  • Sales Goals:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
  • Participate in training programs and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Generate and manage sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, promotional events, and walk-ins.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the service and finance departments to facilitate smooth vehicle delivery and post-sale services.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Participate in promotional events, dealership activities, and community outreach programs.
  • Use social media and other digital platforms to engage with potential customers and promote vehicles.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.

Skills Required :

  • Fluent communication in English and Tamil.
  • Convincing Skills.
  • Car/SUV driving experience with License
