Job Summary:

The Café Boy is responsible for preparing and serving beverages/snacks to customers waiting at the car service center. They ensure cleanliness, maintain stock levels, and provide friendly customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and light snacks to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café area.
• Take orders and serve customers politely and efficiently.
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Handle basic cash transactions if required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any minor complaints.
• Follow health and safety regulations in food handling.
• Assist with clearing tables and washing utensils.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or service industry is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of making tea, coffee, and simple snacks.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hardworking, polite, and presentable.
