service. You are responsible for upholding Epic Toyotas service and quality standards, ensuring that every vehicle repair meets the highest levels of craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency. You act as a key liaison between customers, insurance companies, and the bodyshop team, ensuring that repairs are

completed on time and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Customers trust you because of your technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to

transparency. You oversee the bodyshop floor operations, guiding and supporting your team while continuously monitoring performance to enhance productivity and service quality. Your ability to handle escalations, optimize operations, and maintain compliance with Epic Toyota's processes makes you an integral part of the service team.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day bodyshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.
• Supervising the bodyshop team, including job controllers, bodyshop technicians, and service advisors, to maintain service excellence.
• Coordinating with insurance companies, assessors, and surveyors to streamline claim approvals and repair processes.
• Ensuring accurate estimation of repair time and costs, explaining them to customers with transparency.
• Monitoring repair quality, ensuring adherence to Epic Toyota’s standards and conducting quality control checks before vehicle delivery.
• Tracking technician productivity and job completion timelines to improve overall efficiency.
• Handling customer escalations and ensuring complete customer satisfaction, from the initial repair estimate to final vehicle delivery.
• Driving revenue growth by promoting value-added services such as body protection coatings, detailing, and insurance renewals.
• Conducting periodic reporting and analysis, tracking service performance, revenue, and customer feedback.
• Ensuring a customer-first approach, maintaining long-term relationships, and enhancing customer retention.

1. Technical & Industry Knowledge

• Strong understanding of automobile body repairs, including denting, painting, and refinishing processes.
• Expertise in Epic Toyota repair standards, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in damage assessment, repair estimation, and cost calculation using software like Audatex or similar systems.
• Knowledge of insurance claim processing, coordinating with surveyors, and handling insurance approvals.
• Familiarity with bodyshop tools, spray booths, and repair equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.

2. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of bodyshop technicians, painters, and service advisors.
• Plan workforce and allocate jobs effectively to optimize productivity and meet service deadlines.
• Monitor technician and job controller performance to ensure efficiency in job completion.
• Resolve team-related challenges and foster a positive working environment.

3. Customer Handling & Communication

• Manage customer expectations by providing clear and accurate repair updates.
• Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and processes transparently.
• Handle customer escalations and complaints with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
• Build trust with customers by ensuring honesty, clarity, and professionalism throughout the repair process.

4. Business & Operations Management

• Ensure cost control by monitoring labor, spare parts usage, and consumable expenses.
• Track bodyshop performance KPIs, including repair turnaround time, technician efficiency, and revenue targets.
• Drive additional revenue through upselling services, such as value-added coatings, detailing, and insurance renewals.
• Ensure adherence to Epic Toyota’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bodyshop operations.

5. Computer & Reporting Skills

• Proficiency in DMS (Dealer Management System) and Epic Toyota’s service software for tracking repairs.
• Generate and analyse reports related to productivity, revenue, and service performance.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence for documentation and communication.
