Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Focusing upon and developing the corporate cliental, wrt Insurance products, in the given geography.
• Develop and maintain strong understanding of clients' business needs, identifying opportunities for growth and pitching solutions wrt insurance products.
• Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Take overall accountability of the corporate business, right from identification, development to closure of transactions / deal.
• Ensure timely after sales support, transaction compliance, sharing of quotations etc. with the clients.
• Maximising the profit & revenue by achieving sales targets.
• Maintaining relation with Insurers.
• Maintaining market connect, competitor mapping and Government regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in corporate sales for insurance products.
• Prior exposure in Insurance broking will be an added advantage.
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably insurance / finance / marketing specialization).
• Strong knowledge of general insurance industry practices, regulations and policies.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to build rapport with senior executives at client organizations.
