Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for other products such as insurance, general insurance, corporate sales, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance reports.
• Take overall accountability of the corporate business, right from identification, development to closure of transactions / deal.
• Ensure timely after sales support, transaction compliance, sharing of quotations etc. with the clients.
• Maximising the profit & revenue by achieving sales targets.
• Meeting the target.
• Maintaining relation with Insurers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-10 years of experience in relationship management or a related field (e.g., finance, banking).
• Experience in insurance broking will be taken as an added advantage
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Insurance/Finance /Marketing).
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong rapport with clients.
