Roles and Responsibilities

• Focusing upon and developing the corporate cliental, wrt Insurance products, in the given geography.
• Develop and maintain strong understanding of clients' business needs, identifying opportunities for growth and pitching solutions wrt insurance products.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional targets for General Insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintaining market connect, competitor mapping and Government regulations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in corporate sales for insurance products.
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably insurance / finance / marketing specialization).
• Strong knowledge of general insurance industry practices, regulations and policies.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to build rapport with senior executives at client organizations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
